The toiletries are subpar terrible quality although they provide everything right away including toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc Dirty! The room isn't clean. Yes, every word and every time the door closes. You can hear everything happening next door. GROSS! Because if you get stuck in a smoking room, you would hate your life because even the halls reek of smoke. Awful layout! They still have smoking rooms. Imagine coming from room 1 walking all the way to room 74. From check in/lobby, to get to ANY room in the resort, you must walk through the pool area or if its too hot or cold, you can take the indoor route. Anywhere you go outside smelled like horse crap. 2 stars because: We were greeted by the smell of horse manure throughout the hotel. The casino part is average this rating is for the hotel/resort part. Aesthetically this place is a 4 if you look at it in picture form but everything else in real life is terrible. This place is so far from everything from everywhere. But if your main destination is Phoenix and all elsewhere, stay away. If you are visiting maricopa, AZ this is the place for you.
